Spring Break, Day 2

After packing like a mad-woman who hadn't planned on an overnight trip for 5, we arrived at St. Simon's just in time to go to the ocean and explore a little of the quaint town. We had intended for just little "toe-touching" at the beach but the boys were quickly in to their necks! So, we took three almost naked, frigid boys to the hotel and brought in a pizza for dinner. Not too exciting but we were greatly anticipating the next day...

How fun! I can't wait to go to the beach next month. Last night I took my kids to a park near a lake and we ended up in a similar situation. In fact, Ethan had a ball throwing sand in the air and I didn't realize how much he had thrown until I felt his pillow last night (and that's after his hair being washed and towel dried!) and it was covered in sand! Kids are so much fun!
